Our Journey
GABARITO began with a simple frustration: accessing building codes in Brazil required navigating thousands of municipal websites, each with different formats and often broken links. An engineer in Porto Alegre could not easily find the setback rules for Manaus.
We built REGULADOR to solve this -- a system that ingests, structures, and serves building codes for all 5,571 Brazilian municipalities. Then we realized the same problem exists everywhere. Engineers in Bogota, Dubai, and Tokyo face the same fragmented regulatory landscape.
GABARITO FULL was born: a country-agnostic nucleus with 15 engineering modules that adapts to any building code system in the world. Today we cover 34 countries with 1,021 machine-readable compliance rules.
